Adaptive Community Solutions (ACS) is a CA non-profit corporation with 501c3 application pending. We currently offer affordable mediation services with plans to launch other programs in the future. Currently, our mediations are handled by ACS President and Chief Mediator, David Norman. David holds certifications in both core and advanced mediation. All consultations and mediations are conducted by phone or video call.

Founder's Statement
My name is David Norman. I am a certified mediator, and I serve as the President of Adaptive Community Solutions, or “ACS,” a California nonprofit organization. ACS aims to develop positive and functioning social institutions that restore dignity and self-determination, countering the prevalent environment of inefficiency, coercion and abuse. Our primary goal is to offer peaceful alternatives to the expensive and often abusive court system, along with its associated institutions.
